Professional - Tutoring
I graduated with my Ph.D. in Organization and Management in 2015. My qualitative dissertation title is: Practices of Top-level Managers toward Managing and/or Leading Co-owners Within Employee-owned Firms Seeking to Establish Workplace Democracy: An Exploratory Inquiry
I received Milestone 8 completion today; I’m feeling really good. The one thing I wanted to share with the group is that while I was “stuck” completing the SMR for so long, I worked the whole time on chapters 1 & 2. Currently I am working with Dr. Bratton who is also a Capella graduate. Dr. Bratton offers excellent consulting services; he helped me understand the phenomenological methodology, NVivo 10 (QDAS) and assisted me in the organization of my chapters 3,4 & 5.
I am like so many others attending Capella, that this has now become a financial issue, and Dr. Brattons’ services were at a reasonable rate. I should be handing in Chapter 3-5 by the end of the week, “rather I will be completing those chapters”
I am happy to report to you, the reader, that I have used the professional services of Dr. Bratton. I was struggling to make my CV look more professional and presentable until I came across Dr. Bratton. He took his time to guide me into writing something which I am proud of and ready to present to any company or university where I go to apply for jobs. I am confident moving forward that my CV will soon land me into the position I am looking for. I would definitely recommend any one struggling with writing a CV to use the professional services of Dr. Bratton.
Thank you for helping me to obtain an adjunct teaching position. Before coming in contact with you, I had applied to many universities and colleges, but nothing had materialized. You are patient and helpful. After our initial conversation, you kept in touch with me and offered insight on the process. I was careful to implement your suggestions, which ended in a job offer to me. Thank you for your assistance. I appreciate you.
